Wedding Pavilion at Turtle Bay Hilton

For this project, I planned an intimate wedding for a party of 10. I traveled with the wedding party 2 days prior to the wedding, while also arranging travel plans for everyone. The wedding was held at the Turtle Bay Hilton on the north shore of Oahu, and the ceremony itself was held in their beautiful Wedding Pavilion. I was the personal liaison between the couple and the Hilton wedding coordinator. I also made the travel arrangements from the Hilton Hawaiian Village to the Turtle Bay Hilton via limo for the entire wedding party and guests. Finally, I arranged the wedding reception back in Waikiki.

Planned wedding and travel for 40 people. I arranged all travel for the couple, families and friends from 5 different states. I flew with the wedding couple 3 days prior to the wedding for their legal ceremony. I was their onsite liaison between the wedding party and the resort. I scheduled appointments with the onsite wedding coordinators to view the wedding venue (Garden Gazebo), the wedding cake tasting and walk through of the restaurant for reception dinner. I arranged all salon appointments for the bridal party (hair, nails, makeup), and arranged and attended all weddings events.
